Join us for a unique concert of songs written and performed by the late Pete Seeger. The program will incorporate 8-10 performers who will take turns, hootenanny style, playing a variety of songs that Pete Seeger shared with the world through his 70+ years of making music. The concert will include a script, written and arranged by banjo player and podcaster Adam Morse, who will host the show and introduce the songs in Pete’s words. Also incorporated into the program will be contemporary songs of protest and social commentary which have been written in recent times in the tradition of Seeger. Performers will include Maki Matsui, Ralph Carson, Bill Munn, Liam Gude, Ben Grosscup, among others.
